Marketing Automation & Content Manager
About the role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Automation & Content Manager to help us scale our marketing engine and strengthen our product communication. This role combines product messaging, lifecycle marketing, and CRM automation into one high-impact position that directly supports revenue growth.
Reporting to the COO/CRO, you will play a central role in aligning marketing, sales, and product. You will translate product value into compelling content, build automated customer journeys in our CRM, and ensure consistent communication across digital channels.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how we communicate with customers, nurture leads, and drive conversion across the full customer lifecycle.
The role can be based in either Gothenburg or Malmö and is offered as a hybrid remote position. The preferred start date is as soon as possible. The position is initially offered as a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
The company language is English. Swedish is a strong advantage but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Content
You will be responsible for translating product capabilities into clear and compelling customer value.
Create product materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and case studies
Develop positioning and messaging
Translate product features into customer benefits
Maintain and improve sales enablement materials
Collaborate with the webmaster to continuously improve the website
Communication
You will manage and develop our external communication and digital presence.
Plan and publish social media content (LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms)
Own and manage the content calendar
Develop and write newsletters
Create consistent campaign messaging across channels
Support corporate communication initiatives
Strengthen brand awareness through structured and consistent communication
CRM & Marketing Automation
You will play a key role in building and optimizing our marketing automation engine.
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns
Build and maintain automated customer journeys
Segment audiences and manage contact databases
Set up and optimize automation workflows
Monitor campaign performance and improve results based on data
Report on performance in relation to KPIs and ROI
Required Skills and Experience
Strong Copywriting Skills
You should be able to:
Write clear and engaging emails
Create compelling product messaging
Adapt tone and style for different channels and audiences
CRM & Marketing Automation Experience
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools is required, preferably:
Zoho CRM
Zoho Marketing Automation
You should be comfortable:
Building workflows
Creating lead scoring models
Managing lists and segmentation
Setting up automation logic
Analytical Mindset
You should be comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
Experience working with dashboards and campaign reporting
Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CTR, MQL and CAC
Ability to continuously improve campaigns based on data insights
Ideal Background
We believe the right candidate:
Has 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing
Has owned both content and marketing automation
Understands customer journey mapping
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Has experience working closely with sales and product teams
