IT Project Manager 

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled IT Project Manager who is motivated by delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budgets, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. 

About the role 

As a IT Project Manager at Irisity, you will be part of the Service Delivery team and play a key role in driving complex technology projects from start to finish. You will quickly learn and understand platforms in use and facilitate migrations to new or improved solutions. Working closely with R&D and operations teams, you will ensure structured execution, clear communication, and successful delivery. 

You thrive in a dynamic environment and continuously look for ways to improve processes, collaboration, and outcomes. You will be working from our headquarters in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, where we are a close and supportive community.  

Key responsibilities 

·       Lead project planning and delivery of complex IT and technology projects 

·       Quickly learn existing platforms and facilitate system and platform migrations 

·       Set project requirements, timelines, and budgets, and negotiate minimum must-haves 

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams  

·       Maintain proactive and transparent communication with all stakeholders 

·       Continuously report on project status, timelines, risks, opportunities, and recommendations 

Required skills 

·       Proven experience as a Project Manager within IT or technology-driven organizations 

·       Experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end 

·       Solid Linux, Windows, and network knowledge 

·       Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) 

·       Ability to quickly understand new platforms and technical landscapes 

·       Excellent organizational and analytical skills 

·       Strong interpersonal and communications skills with substantial experience in customer-facing positions where relationship-building is critical 

·       Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written (Swedish is preferred, but not a requirement)

Terms of employment 

The position is a six-month project-based employment with the possibility of extension. This hybrid role is based at our office in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, with expected three days onsite per week.
