In this role you will together with your team have the responsibility to identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term partnerships to support growth. You will also negotiate, close deals and develop business with the intensity and dedication of a winner.

As an International Sales Executive at Irisity, you will be a part of leading the rollout of Irisity´s products on the international market. The one taking up the challenge should like to listen, learn and constantly seek the best way forward for our partners and end-users enabling their business transformation to digital security operations. The role will break new ground, overcome hurdles and need to connect tightly with all of Irisity´s teams so they can develop our services to meet the actual needs.

This role will include strategic partnerships, prospecting, scheduling product demonstrations, business development, and a variety of other aspects in the sales cycle that may be needed to reach a signed customer agreement.

To be successful at this position you need to be a networking expert. At the same time you need to have a business and result-oriented mindset.We think you have:

  • A university degree and proven B2B sales record preferably with experience in SaaS-delivered software
  • Successful track record from international sales
  • Experience of benefit led c-level sales and selling non-budgeted line items
  • An entrepreneurial and creative mindset that sees hurdles as opportunities and have a drive to succeed
  • A curious mind and a competitive spirit with a hunter mentality
  • The skill to understand customers business status, challenges and true unmet needs
  • Experience of feasibility assessments and the ability to prioritize and leverage business based on regional technical opportunities
  • A will to cultivate a deep understanding of Irisity’s area of business, and become a contributor to our overall Business intelligence, strategy and goals
  • An interest in technology

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) and experience in managing large accounts is a requirement. Background from the security industry and experience from scaling up software services are seen as major advantages.
